Most Foes Defeated
How it is counted
Counts distinct named people this person beat by their own hand: a one-on-one duel won (the opponent slain, captured, wounded, unhorsed or put to flight) or a personal kill. Group fights, kills by their troops, executions and assassinations don't count. All adds the two books, so an opponent beaten in both counts once in each.
A fact repeated across several chapters counts once; equal scores share a rank. Novel Embellished and Overlooked by the Novel compare how often a person appears in each book (dialogue plus relationships), smoothed by 10 so barely mentioned people do not top the list.
