A note to Zhang Fan’s Annals of the Han says that Zhou Jing held posts as provincial governor and commandery administrator and was fond of worthy men. A further note in Zhang Fan’s Annals of the Han records that Zhou Jing once said that recommending his subordinates’ sons and younger relatives posed no obstacle to governing.
