Zheng Quan was an Eastern Wu official who, on Sun Quan’s orders, went to Baidi and helped restore ties between Wu and Shu.

Zheng Quan, courtesy name Wenyuan, was from Chen Commandery and served under Sun Quan as Grandee Remonstrant; he does not appear in Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

In the twelfth month of the first year of Huangwu, Sun Quan sent Zheng Quan on a mission to Baidi to extend an invitation to Liu Bei, and Wu and Shu thus resumed relations. (According to historical records)
During the mission, Liu Bei asked why Sun Quan had not replied, and whether it was because his proclamation of himself as King of Hanzhong had been improper. Zheng Quan replied that, as a kinsman of the Han imperial house, Liu Bei ought to have taken the lead in attacking the Cao clan, but instead had claimed a title for himself—a move that did not accord with the opinion of the realm. That was why Sun Quan had not replied. Liu Bei felt deeply ashamed upon hearing this. (According to historical records)
