食邑萬戶，賜絹萬匹，奴婢百人，他物稱是。子孫為三都尉封侯者五十餘人。尚書令樊建、侍中張紹、光祿大夫譙周、秘書令卻正、殿中督張通並封列侯。〈《漢晉春秋》曰：司馬文王與禪宴，為之作故蜀技，旁人皆為之感愴，而禪喜笑自若。王謂賈充曰：「人之無情，乃可至於是乎！雖使諸葛亮在，不能輔之久全，而況姜維邪？」充曰：「不如是，殿下何由並之。」他日，王問禪曰：「頗思蜀否？」禪曰：「此間樂，不思蜀。」郤正聞之，求見禪曰：「若王後問，宜泣而答曰『先人墳墓遠在隴、蜀，乃心西悲，無日不思』，因閉其目。」會王復問，對如前，王曰：「何乃似郤正語邪！」禪驚視曰：「誠如尊命。」左右皆笑。〉公泰始七年薨於洛陽。〈《蜀記》云：諡曰思公，子恂嗣。〉

景耀六年，後主從譙周之計，遣使請降於鄧艾。其書，正所造也。明年正月，鐘會作亂成都，後主東遷洛陽，時擾攘倉卒。蜀之大臣無冀從者，惟正及殿中督汝南張通，捨妻子單身隨侍。後主賴正相導宜適，舉動無闕，乃慨然歎息，恨知正之晚，時論嘉之。賜爵關內候。泰始中，除安陽令，遷巴西太守。泰始八年詔曰：「正昔在成都，顛沛守義，不違忠節，及見受用，盡心幹事，有治理之績，其以正為巴西太守。」咸寧四年卒。凡所著述詩論賦之屬，垂百篇。
