夏四月，黑山賊張燕率其衆十餘萬降，封爲列侯。故安趙犢、霍奴等殺幽州刺史、涿郡太守。三郡烏丸攻鮮于輔於獷平。〈《續漢書》郡國志曰：獷平，縣名，屬漁陽郡。〉秋八月，公征之，斬犢等，乃渡潞河救獷平，烏丸奔走出塞。
