二年春〈《江表傳》載權正月詔曰：「郎吏者，宿衞之臣，古之命士也。間者所用頗非其人。自今選三署皆依四科，不得以虛辭相飾。」〉三月，遣使者羊衜、鄭冑、將軍孫怡之遼東。擊魏守將張持、髙慮等，虜得男女。〈文士傳曰：胄字敬先，沛國人。父札，才學博達，權爲驃騎將軍，以札爲從事中郎，與張昭、孫邵共定朝儀。胄其少子，有文武姿局，少知名，舉賢良，稍遷建安太守。呂壹賓客於郡犯法，胄收付獄，考竟。壹懷恨，後密譖胄。權大怒，召胄還，潘濬、陳表幷爲請，得釋。後拜宣信校尉，往救公孫淵，已爲魏所破，還遷執金吾。子豐，字曼季，有文學操行，與陸雲善，與雲詩相往反。司空張華辟，未就，卒。臣松之聞孫怡者，東州人，非權之宗也。〉零陵言甘露降。夏五月，城沙羨。冬十月，將軍蔣秘南討夷賊。秘所領都督廖式殺臨賀太守嚴綱等，自稱平南將軍，與弟潛共攻零陵、桂陽，及搖動交州蒼梧、鬱林諸都，眾數萬人。遣將軍呂岱、唐咨討之，歳餘皆破。

Liao Qian was the younger brother of the Eastern Wu general Liao Shi and took part in a rebellion; he does not appear in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Deeds
After Liao Shi killed Yan Gang, the Administrator of Linhe, and others, and proclaimed himself General Who Pacifies the South, he and Liao Qian jointly attacked Lingling and Guiyang, while also causing unrest in Cangwu, Yulin, and other parts of Jiaozhou. Their forces numbered tens of thousands, according to historical records.
Lü Dai and Tang Zi were ordered to suppress the rebellion. After more than a year, the rebel forces were all defeated, according to historical records.
