Cao Ju

Cao Ju, son of Cao Cao and a member of the Cao Wei imperial clan, died young without an heir and was posthumously enfeoffed as Prince Min of Fanyang.

范陽閔王矩，早薨，無子。建安二十二年，以樊安公均子敏奉矩後，封臨晉侯。黃初三年追封諡矩爲范陽閔公。五年，改封敏范陽王。七年，徙封句陽，太和六年，追進矩號曰范陽閔王，改封敏琅邪王。景初、正元、景元中，累增邑，幷前三千四百戸。敏薨，諡曰原王。子焜嗣。

Deeds

Cao Ju died young and had no sons. In the twenty-second year of Jian'an, Cao Cao appointed Cao Min, son of Cao Jun, Duke of Fan'an, as Cao Ju's heir and enfeoffed him as Marquis of Linjin. (Recorded in historical sources)
In the third year of Huangchu, Cao Ju was posthumously given the title Duke Min of Fanyang. In the sixth year of Taihe, his rank was posthumously elevated to King Min of Fanyang. (Recorded in historical sources)
