廣平劉奉林婦病困，已買棺器。時正月也，使輅佔，曰：「命在八月辛卯日日中之時。」林謂必不然，而婦漸差，至秋發動，一如輅言。〈輅別傳曰：鮑子春為列人令，有明思才理，與輅相見，曰：「聞君為劉奉林卜婦死亡日，何其詳妙，試為論其意義。」輅論爻象之旨，說變化之義，若規圓矩方，無不合也。子春自言：「吾少好譚易，又喜分蓍，可謂盲者欲視白黑，聾者欲聽清濁，苦而無功也。聽君語後，自視體中，真為憒憒者也。」〉
Liu Fenglin was from Guangping. He does not appear in Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Deeds
His wife was gravely ill, and a coffin had already been prepared. In the first month, Guan Lu divined that she would die at midday on the xinyou day in the eighth month. Later, her condition improved, but in autumn her illness worsened, and the prediction came true. (Recorded in the historical sources)
